1. Service Description & Mechanics

Crowned is a real-time competitive digital throne. Users participate by submitting bids accompanied by their royal display name, message, optional avatar, and optional social/website link. The user who successfully completes payment immediately takes the throne as King. Subsequent valid bids immediately dethrone the incumbent monarch and transfer sovereignty.

2. Strictly Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made via Razorpay or any other supported payment gateway are strictly final and non-refundable under all circumstances. Reign duration is dynamic and dependent upon other participants. We make zero guarantees regarding the length of time your reign will last—it may last seconds, hours, or days. By initiating payment, you explicitly waive all chargeback rights and refund claims.

3. Content Standards & Prohibited Conduct

You represent and warrant that your display name, message, links, and avatar do not contain:

• Hate speech, harassment, defamation, or threats of violence.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene material.
• Malware, phishing links, or fraudulent URLs.
• Infringement of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Promotion of illegal goods, substances, or activities.
• Promotion of illegal goods, substances, or activities.

4. Royal Moderation & Removal Rights

Crowned administrators reserve the absolute and unilateral right to moderate, edit, redact, or permanently remove any user-submitted content deemed in violation of these Terms without notice, and without entitlement to any refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Crowned, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or payment transactions.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
