1. Service Description & Direct B2C Relationship

Crowned is a direct-to-consumer digital visibility and advertising service operated from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Crowned directly sells the temporary right to display user-submitted content (display moniker, message, avatar, and optional hyperlink) in the prominent “Champion” position on the platform. Crowned does not operate a marketplace through which independent sellers offer goods or services to consumers; you are purchasing a digital visibility service directly from Crowned. For customers residing outside India, cross-border payment processing, international tax compliance, and Merchant of Record services are provided by Dodo Payments.

Age & Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and fully competent to enter into a legally binding contract under applicable law. By submitting a claim or executing a payment, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Mechanics, Duration & Immediate Displacement

Each claim purchase requires paying an amount equal to or greater than the prevailing dynamic asking price. The user whose transaction is successfully completed immediately displaces the incumbent Champion and assumes the Champion display position.

Reign Duration & Displacement: Reign duration is entirely dynamic and determined solely by the subsequent purchasing activity of other users. We make zero guarantees or representations regarding how long your display will remain active. The display period terminates immediately and permanently when another customer successfully completes a qualifying purchase.

3. Strict Non-Gambling & Deterministic Operation

Crowned operates on a 100% deterministic model. The customer who pays the asking price is guaranteed immediate display. The Service contains:

• NO elements of chance, lotteries, or random drawings.
• NO prize pools, jackpots, or monetary payouts to previous champions.
• NO staking, betting, or wagering mechanisms.
• NO cash redemption, resale value, or investment returns under any circumstances.

You are purchasing a consumable digital visibility service, and no monetary value transfers back to any user.

4. Cancellation, Delivery & Refund Policy

Immediate Digital Delivery: Access and coronation upon the throne occur instantaneously via automated real-time webhooks upon successful payment authorization.

Refunds: Once the Champion position has been successfully delivered and displayed, the purchase is generally non-refundable because the digital service is immediately consumed, and no cooling-off or refund applies merely because another customer subsequently outbids you. However, this does not limit statutory consumer remedies: a full refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days where a refund is required by applicable law, where Crowned fails to deliver the purchased service due to technical outages, in the event of duplicate billing, or where transactions are unauthorized. Payment Reversals & Fraud Disqualification: If a payment is subsequently reversed, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent by our payment partners (Razorpay or Dodo Payments), the associated display record will be immediately revoked from the live throne and disqualified from historical Hall of Fame archives.

5. Content Standards, User-Generated Content & Moderation

Purchasing the Champion position does NOT guarantee publication or continued display of unlawful, harmful, or prohibited content. As the purchaser, you assume full legal responsibility for ensuring that your submitted display name, message, avatar, and hyperlink are lawful, substantiated, accurate, and non-deceptive. You represent and warrant that your content does not contain:

• Unlawful financial promotions, investment solicitations, guaranteed returns, cryptocurrency schemes, or deceptive affiliate links.
• Phishing links, malware, computer viruses, malicious redirects, or fraudulent URLs.
• Hate speech, violent extremism, harassment, defamation, impersonation, or threats.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative material.
• Infringement of third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Promotion of illegal goods, regulated substances, unauthorized medical claims, or unlawful gambling.
• Political campaigning or electoral advertising requiring formal statutory disclosures.

Crowned reserves the right to moderate, redact, or permanently remove any content deemed in violation of these standards or upon receipt of a lawful court order or government directive. To the extent Crowned hosts user-submitted content, it implements due diligence takedown procedures. Content removed for verified policy violations is ineligible for refunds. 6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Crowned, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, content displacement, or payment transactions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
