• Private Contact Information: Email address provided during bidding (used solely for royal dethroning notifications; never made public).

• Transaction Metadata: Razorpay payment identifiers, order IDs, and currency amounts. We never store credit/debit card numbers or banking passwords.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is utilized to:

• Display the current sovereign monarch and maintain historical Hall of Fame archives.
• Process transactions securely through our payment provider.
• Dispatch private email notifications when a challenger dethrones you.
• Prevent fraud, bot spam, and illegal content submission.

We share necessary data strictly with trusted infrastructure partners:

• Razorpay: Payment processing and compliance verification.
• Supabase: Scalable PostgreSQL database and secure cloud storage for avatars.

4. Data Retention Policy

Public sovereign records (name, message, reign duration, bid amount) are permanently archived in the Hall of Fame as public chronicles of the application. Private emails are retained for as long as needed to service notifications and comply with tax and audit obligations.
